To ensure client retention, clients were provided with case progress, financial coaching, and advocacy. Administered mediation between property owners and tenants to resolve conflicts. As a certified financial coacher, I organized 5 bilingual financial literacy workshops to educate the community on credit building, debt reducing, opening a checking/savings account, and budgeting.
