As a yacht agent my duties included providing super yacht clients with all dockside support. Berth booking, logistics, ordering and delivering of goods, and customs clearance. My previous experience as a chef helped me develop the provisions department into a one stop shop for all discerning super yacht chefs. Whether it was sourcing the freshest ingredients, hard to find luxury items, or fulfill their custom order specifications. On the other hand the concierge department was a shoulder to lean on for all captains and chief stewardesses. Be it booking flights, impossible restaurant reservations, or co-ordinating VIP wardrobe luggage from one country to the next, anything was possible once we were put in charge. Show less
