I do still remember when we Interview Luisa, back in August 2019. At that time, she just got her double degree in engineering and architecture, extremely talented technically speaking, highly motivated to join PTV, with no previous experience in sales, but with a high potential to develop such skills. Over the next 2 year, she quickly develops and improve her sales skills, outperforming as BDM (Business Development Manager) and exceeding all our expectations for her position. I´m very proud of being one of his mentors during this process. By the time I left PTV as Managing Director I was absolutely confident our operation in Brazil was in good hands for a continuous growing path, as She did during last years. My congratulations to Luisa and also my gratitude since I also learn a lot with her during all these years we worked together at PTV Group in Brazil.
