    • Training program on Unconventional Resources
      • Feb 2020 - Feb 2020

Training program on Unconventional Resources. - I was first trained on Citrine where I was able to develop a user knowledge in the handling and analysis of multi-well Unconventional Resources. Use of DCA to fit decline curves to a well, regression tools to apply them to multiple wells. Integration with Topaze. - The training was then focused on Horizontal Multifractured Well Analysis starting from single-phase analytical history matching in Topaze continuing with numerical modeling to account for complex geometries (SRVB, Trilinear, Fully numerical). Extension to 2-phase models using linear and non-linear models (Real PVT + Perrine). Use of UR features such as stimulating zones around fractures, matching of early time water flowback, generation of analytical and stochastic DFN, microseismic to model fractures, etc. - Numerical simulation in Rubis to account for 3-D and 3 phases. History Matching. Integration with Welltests and Production History of the wells. - Minifrac Analysis in Saphir. Theory and real data interpretation. - I had the opportunity to attend a 1-week course on HPL (Horizontal Production Log Interpretation) delivered by David Wynne which comprised a strong review of conventional spinners, SLB and Sondex/GE Array Tools. Theory on correlations and models for interpretation. Use of Schlumberger FSI™ and GE Sondex MAPS™ suite for interpretation of real horizontal well log data in Emeraude. Show less

    • Training program on Dynamic Data Analysis
      • Sep 2019 - Oct 2019

Training program on Dynamic Data Analysis in KAPPA’s main Development & Training Center in Sophia Antipolis, France. - Took part in a 3-week intensive testing session of v5.30 dealing with Petrel<->Rubis workflow, sector tuning workflow with Saphir, Rubis exotic stuff such as multi-laterals, throws and EOS fluid cases. - Spent 2 weeks on Formation Test analysis using Azurite. Completed Azurite LMS course focused on data QAQC and interpretation working with real data in Azurite. Enabled to perform commercial analysis upon completion of the course. - 2 weeks destined to studying thermal workflow on Rubis and Emeraude. - Took a 1-week advanced course in PTA/RTA and the use of Saphir & Topaze software given by Didier Viturat.
