      Time to change again! Its a mixture between "desk & chair" and "remember the old days" opportunity Activities: - Control System & Instrumentation projects from scope definition to commissioning - Design of P&ID’s - MCC communications & interfaces (Drive Starters / monitoring) - FAT and SAT commissioning activities - Step7 & PCS7 Programming - Oversee the work of contractors: Field work on Drive systems: installation / programming; signal checking; testing and commissioning Field work on Instrumentation; programming; calibrating; signal & loop testing; commissioning Field work on Automation; PLC programming; DCS programming; signal checking Of interest & Projects: Project for the new EMINCAR Ore Process Plant in Cuba. From the the technological point of view this project has "state of the art" equipment, full PLC redundancy with Siemens S7410H equipment ready for the hardest PCS7 applications. Fieldbus redundancy making this plant stop proof. G120 & G150 drives with internal logic to take the lead in case everything goes else wrong. On the other hand, and because the plant is in Cuba and thereby has limited imports, much unconventional engineering and "out of the box" thinking was needed to satisfy the needs of operation.
