Led key aspects of Praia d’El Rey resort development from conception to opening day (€300M investment), with final product featuring golf course, hotel, 800 houses, football pitch, and other leisure and sports areas (including tennis centre). Managed all licensing and approval aspects of project (including Horizontal Division and Habitation License), negotiating with CM Obidos, Tourism Board, and CCRD. Coordinated with sales and marketing department and architects to ensure project was aligned with stakeholder goals. Oversaw maintenance of infrastructures and public areas. Worked with legal department to ensure that deeds and other requirements were in order. Supported finance department in preparation of financial analyses.
