  At 8x8.Inc I was implementing a CRM integration into the 8x8 platform called WorkDay. The CRM in particular was Salesforce. In this case I architectured several services from scratch and implemented them in a scalable manner. One of them was intended as a simple proxy to the salesforce Rest API, while the other was an automatic sync process that would listen for changes in specific objects, and would notify the client of these changes, with content, in near real-time.
