Luis Negrete is an incredibly intelligent individual. He has a great work ethic. I have worked with him on a couple assignments and he is always striving to produce his best work with no shortcuts. He is also a great communicator. Luis is able to receive and give constructive criticism in professional way to assure everybody is constantly improving, himself included. He is confident, he often volunteers to speak first when in. He also volunteers to have his worked displayed in front of everybody so that we can analyze what he did great and what he can improve on. He then takes this criticism and apples it. His greatest attribute is his ability to begin intellectual and casual conversations with anybody. He has great people skills which I believe are very important in any career field. Luis’s ability to engage and contribute to conversations make people feel like he actually cares and is paying attention.
