Collaboration in the project "Research in the production of lignocellulosic material-degrading enzymes from agricultural residue-isolated fungi" lead by Dr. Eduardo Rodríguez Bustamante and Dr. Roberto Arreguín Espinosa. Co-author of the scientific article “Pool of biological resources for potential applications in solid state fermentation obtained from a forest plantation of Pinus pseudostrobus Lindl, Mexico”. Tasks performed during the project: • Collection of agricultural residues and isolation of fungal strains • Extraction and analysis of genetic material, as well as proteins, from said fungal strains. • Design and implementation of solid-state fermentation (SSF) experiments with fungi, using agricultural residues as substrate.
