I know Luis Mendes from Portugal where we were students at the same university and worked together as electricians. Luis is as a dedicated, hardworking person with excellent communication skills. He can clearly discuss and explain technical concepts of various fields of engineering mainly Telecommunications, Electronics and Electrical related. I consider him to be easy to approach and very friendly. He has acquired strong leadership skills, demonstrated during his academical years and throughout the time we worked together in JH Electrical Installations in Lisbon. He is responsible and is always willing to give his best to get results still complying with standards and regulations in practice. I reckon Luis from being a keen C++ Programmer, proficient user of Microsoft office and AutoCAD, Power Distribution software and reasonably knowledgeable in Electrical network analysis and protections. Luis is attending his last semester at Strathclyde University for MSc in Electronic Electrical Engineering, which will make him an outstanding graduate candidate. I strongly recommend him to be considered for any challenging opportunities either in Building Services, or in Electronics an Telecommunications.
