  For the last 2 years I have been the Finance manager of the project Northern Beaches Roads upgrade with a budget of 350M. The project is a Joint Venture formed by Ferrovial Agroman Australia and York Civil. Reporting directly to the project Director and managing a team of 6.The main task of my actual position are:- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to the partners of the JV CFO and the project director while recommending further courses of action.- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take, liase with the banks- Maintain the financial health of the project.- Analyse costs, revenues, and results of the project’s actual performance compared to the business plans.- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.- Correspond with various other departments, discussing the project plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
