  As a legal and corporate counsel, my main duties are to counseling the business on a broad range of commercial, regulatory and labor matters and structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions. I work directly with the business Managers and Directors, serving as lead counsel on strategic deals, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries, also those who are already in court. My principal duties include structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts, distribution, purchase, licensing, marketing and other commercial agreements and providing ongoing legal counseling in a wide range of legal areas, including off shore regulatory compliance. I'm able to travel, domestic and international, if required.Working side by side with HR departaments allows to avoid legal problems and helps to create a better working enviroment being 100% compliant with the law.
