Louie was our point of contact during the implementation of our service at the store and continued to be our counterpart once we were up and running. Louie was instrumental in forging a strong partnership between vendor and client always demonstrating a diplomatic approach to any challenges. Louie was forward thinking in his approach to the business always focused on how best to service the customer. Strong communication and a commitment to customer service are two characteristics that always stood out in our working relationship. Louie will be an asset to any organization he is a prat of.

Louie and I reported to the same store about a month apart. Louie recognized many opportunities and began to address them systematically. As a Human Resources manager it was important that I had buy-in from my store manager in order to drive company programs and initiatives. I had this buy-in from Louie. We were able to exceed goals for many metrics including 401(k) participation, training curricula, shrink control, and safety programs. Louie is a very company oriented individual who is passionate about business. He demonstrated the ability to lead a team of associates through our busiest peak times. Louie is fair and consistent leader with his associates and would always look for the best solution. I feel that Louie would be a valuable asset to any company.
