I have worked with Luis for 2 and 1/2 years when I was the Night Manager. I find Luis to be very loyal, punctual and dedicated to his work. Luis is extremely friendly and a good ambassador for the hospitality industry. He is always ready to go beyond his actually work description and nothing is to big for him when you ask him.
