Luis is a great mind and a natural leader.I had the opportunity to work with him when I joined the L.E.K. FP&A team. The way Luis thinks about situations and comes up with efficient solutions is beyond amazing. He is a team man and a great leader and this is demonstrated by the way he handles the team. He is great at stakeholder management as well. I have learned a lot from him professionally and look upto him as a Finance professional.

Luis was a wonderful colleague. He supported the business case for, and ultimately the operating model for Nous House - a co-working space adjacent to Nous Group. His calm, measured demeanor, and good judgement in pressure situations helped the team to launch the new business on time and on budget. The financial model he built from scratch was robust enough to have confidence in its output, but simple enough for other to make quick adjustments on the fly. I hope we get to work together again at some stage in the future.
