Responsible for the project management for conceptual (FEL) and basic engineering. Contract strategy for this project considered a PMC. Worldwide consultant companies participating in this project: Tecnicas Reunidas - Spain and Cryogas - USA, Jurong Consultants - Singapore, ICA Fluor Daniels - México and Nouel Consultants - Venezuela.
