I work on the training catalog and trainers, where I: - recruit new trainers, - assist them in drafting their training plans, - integrate them into our Human Coders trainers community, - provide ongoing support throughout our collaboration, - facilitate communication within the Human Coders trainers community, - expand the training offer, - ensure smooth communication between the HC team and the trainers… Show more I joined the Human Coders team to work on various topics. In 2019, we launched a podcast for developers, discussing topics relevant to them such as technologies and career paths. My role involved: - developing and promoting the Human Coders podcast, - conducting interviews with guests. I handle regular communication on our networks: - social media communication (LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletter), - content creation for the blog, - video creation and editing, - establishing partnerships.
