  I am responsible for technical management of a custom developed Military Messaging System for the SANDF. Activities includes the User Requirements Specifications, Analysis and design of project expansions. Gap analysis between the current system and X.400, X.501, v3 ACP 135 and other Unified Communications Systems. Team leader to team of developers and overseeing all development activities on the project. Chairing regular meetings with clients regarding project processes and maintenance tasks. I also look at the QA of the training of users on the system and from time to time present training courses which is used also for information gathering for future project enhancements.
