Ludovic is an excellent strategic leader and an expert at managing stakeholders and navigating organisations. At times of transformation he has always managed to steer his organisation in the right direction and keep staff focused and motivated. A great example of this came with his move from the European Organisation to Worldwide Field Medical Lead. He convinced senior leadership of the value that our team had brought to the European Organisation and ensured that we rolled out the model worldwide with great success, both at functional and therapeutic level. As a leader he has constantly challenged the team to develop and excel, offering guidance where needed, but encouraging the team to build on successes and to never rest on our laurels.
