I have worked closely with Ludmila in the past six years, as part of the United Network of Young Peacebuilders, where she has focused on global & regional advocacy, network development, and programme management. She is an expert on youth empowerment, conflict transformation, gender equality, and civil society mobilisation. Ludmila has excellent leadership, facilitation and communications skills, as well as a meticulous work approach. She has played an instrumental role in the adoption of several international policy frameworks on Youth, Peace, and Security (e.g. UN Security Council Resolution 2250 and EU Council Conclusions). I would describe Ludmila as a conscientious, dedicated, and reliable professional and recommend her without reservations for any opportunities she pursues in the future.

I managed Ludmila's work for several years and was impressed by her natural skills and appetite for connecting and facilitating local groups. As network coordinator at UNOY, Ludmila demonstrated excellent communications and organisation skills, and an inspiring listening attitude. She deployed participatory, inclusive and engaging facilitation methods to bring together young peacebuilders from across the world, diverse background, creating spaces where all feel heard and empowered to speak, online and face to face. I can confidently vouch for her project management skills, as she led on the organization of large scale projects throughout the entire project cycle, and of her strategic thinking skills, that she demonstrated when working together on UNOY's next 5 years strategy and decentralisation process. In advocacy spaces, Ludmila is a confident speaker and a champion for youth participation and diversity and inclusion in peacebuilding. Last but not least, some of Ludmila's greatest strengths are her capacity to speak out in a constructive and non-violent way, making her a great advocate, as well as her general attitude and way of being, creating positive and fun working atmosphere inspiring to others.
