Lucy was a pleasure to work with at WorksMC and I can genuinely say that she is one of the best, if not the best, agency-person I have worked with. Always on time, prompt and professional, Lucy gracefully managed IBM's difficult and burgeoning requests as well as (I expect) annoyed grumbles on her side when we asked for re-designs.
