  My role was split into two parts; motivating and inspiring young people (aged 15-17) to take part in a summer programme and delivering the programme during the Summer and October school holidays. This was done through assemblies, smaller presentations, delivery workshops, holding stands and holding events. These events were also target driven with a focus on quality date over quantity, resulted in a higher percentage of Young people completing programme. Each year we took around 350 young people from South Gloucestershire. While on programme I supported and managed team leaders who were looking after the teams. This included problem solving in highly intense and time driven situations, managing staff and staffing issues, safe guarding, being the centre point of contact for parents and guardians including issues, questions and complaints.
