Her ability to plan beautiful communications campaigns across all platforms, with a great eye for design and user experience. I learned as much through osmosis from Lucy as I did in a Digital Marketing course, in terms of really getting to the core of audiences and thinking about them analytically. One of the joys of working in the gallery was that we all collaborated, brainstorming on exhibition tag-lines, concepts for late-night events and Lucy never ceased to astonish me with the equal ease at which she can come up with a concept for an event and write beautiful copy.
