Example areas include consent form refinement & digitization, physical and digital participant compensation, remote and in-home research practices, recruiting ticketing system, participant tracking system. • Documenting these processes, and making documentation accessible to all members of the Research team (from new hires to long-standing employees). • Rolling out these processes to the team at large (by scheduling trainings and developing training materials), helping to facilitate adoption of new processes, and generate feedback-loop for processes to allow for constant improvement. • Managing recruitment for research studies (25+ User Researchers) globally - inclusive of consulting with the team on best possible recruitment tactics, and then either partnering with external agencies or identifying candidate pools internally and developing screeners, scheduling participants, and tracking / reporting all participant information. • Collaborating with our facilities team on builds of new research labs to ensure global unification of our technological and physical set up. • Managing relationships with external partners, helping to test out new solutions for the teams for various research needs (i.e. Diary Study Tools, remote testing tools, etc), while also being respectful of new data protection regulations such as GDPR.
