I efficiently managed a large case load of Mortgage Debt clients who were referred from local authorities, the Shelter Helpline, housing associations and other advice agencies. Therefore, I frequently drafted documents for Court, including application notices, witness statements and supporting letters. I have strong negotiation skills, as a result of advocating on behalf of my clients with mortgage lenders via the telephone and in writing.
