Traffic Manager

Nov 2005 - Apr 2007
Bright Red Oranges are the graphic design arm of the advertising agency M&C Saatchi. A large proportion of the work came directly through the agency, whilst other clients are serviced independently via the company's own account management team. All jobs came through the Traffic Manager. In this role I ensured projects are correctly briefed, managed to completion in line with expectations of individual clients (eg. Optus, Qantas, Australian Red Cross and Gold Coast Tourism), on time and within budget. Estimated and billed jobs Improved work flow efficiency (Developed protocol manuals: Introduced specification forms; Identified and effectively communicated potential bottlenecks/problems upfront and work to alleviate these) Approved time sheets for all Bright Red Oranges staff on a weekly basis.
