  In June 2016, I was promoted to the key position of Account Handling Manager for the Burnham Office, working alongside the Branch Director to ensure that the branch achieved its annual income budget. I was the line manager for a team of Account Handlers, with HR duties including recruitment and mentoring staff, whilst also carrying out my own account handling role for private clients and contract works.
