  Joining the Menier Chocolate Factory as an unsubsidised start-up venture in 2005, I played an integral role in the development and rapid success of the business and its many achievements. The theatre is now recognised as an outstanding award-winning venue across the UK, on Broadway and worldwide, attracting practitioners of the highest profile and audiences from across the globe. I worked on over 60 main house shows at the Chocolate Factory and over 20 West End transfer productions, and UK tours. Productions during this time won multiple Olivier, Critics' Circle, Drama Desk and Tony awards.
