Saeed Gharadaghi
Lucy was our HR Business Partner during my tenure at 3D Networks. My team represented the majority of the Australian business operations and I therefore, had frequent engagements and so did my direct and indirect team. During this time I found her ethics, compassion and drive for change, improvement in the HR policies and practices to be absolutely of the highest caliber. The nature of her role meant she needed to work at multiple layers within the organisation. This meant day-to-day management of the operational aspect of her role but also achievement of the long term strategic objective of her role. She is diligent in whatever task she takes on whether short-term assignment or ongoing. The feedback I received from everyone in the business was that she was always approachable, and made time to listen to everyone who had any concerns in the business.She is very loyal, and consistently ensured any business priorities were given the appropriate level of attention, and all key deliverables were met, in terms of the full lifecyle of recruitment, including search, talent and HR functions.
