  A vital role in the Design & Marketing team, one of my main duties was in designing new cosmetic products/ accessories. Taking them through the design process, from idea to launch ready with labelling, POS and promotional material, for both consumer and trade customer, within deadline. Day to day, working with the Sales teams, helping plan and bring to life marketing campaigns and deals for trade customers, as well as creating promotional material and POS. Creating content for the brand’s social media platforms through lifestyle photo and video shoots as well as professional product photography for use in bi-annual brochures and for the website’s product pages, alongside this, occasional website maintenance using Magento 2. Required to carry out purchasing duties for product launches; constantly finding and working with suppliers, sourcing components to coincide with new and existing product lines, and maintaining strong working relationships to assist in meeting budgets and tight deadlines.
