She has a real knack for thoroughly understanding a customer's needs (both from an account management perspective and a product development perspective), and articulating this clearly and concisely to other parts of the business. She is always coming up with new ideas to improve her area of the business and others. Between her enthusiastic and supportive attitude and her creative and intelligent approach to asking insightful questions, she was always one of the first people I'd go to to stress-test new ideas, and particularly the impact they might have on user experience. I would recommend her very highly as part of any team.
