Being a part of the Organizational Development Program, I have gained experience from a variety of departments within the casino. In each of these departments I have taken on different roles. These roles could be observing the daily operations or partaking in different jobs within the departments. Over the last couple of years, I have worked in Marketing with the Events Coordinator, Players Club Representative, Call Center Representative. In the Facilities department, I have observed a variety of jobs from the EVS crew, the Maintenance Tech to the HVAC Technicians. Going through the F&B department, I was able to shadow the Supervisors and Management. Most recently, I worked in the Human Resources department starting as HR representative working my way to the Recruiter position. Working as the Project Manager Administrative Assistant directly collaborating with the Owners rep., I have gained Project Management experience. I had the pleasure of working in our amazing Finance department as the Payroll Specialist. Most recently, I found myself back in Human Respurces. Show less
