It was an absolute pleasure working with Lucy on the UKAR MMR project from March 2013 to June 2014. She was the Compliance SME for the project and couldn't have been more efficient or professional in her role. Despite the demands made on her time, she was always approachable and courteous and made herself available to support all aspects of the project. This included significant involvement in the business process and system requirements and design to general consultation and constant explanation of the regulatory rules. While delivery of MMR was a team effort, Lucy played a very crucial part in making the project the success it was.
