Arwen Ladnier, SPHR

I had the pleasure of working with Lucy while she was at Microsoft. She and I worked together on a couple of projects that grew out of a large team merger and required a lot of building from scratch and refining after launch. She always had an excellent perspective to add to the discussion. Most importantly, she was able to handle the high stress situation of delivering and promoting change with grace and an eye for improving processes that contributed to co-worker frustration or created roadblocks to team efficiency. She constantly maintained a positive, upbeat, and helpful attitude and will make strong positive contributions to any team privileged to have her.
