  Evaluated the health authority's mental health and substance use services response to the COVID-19 pandemic that led to a final report being presented to senior leadership and the CEO. This evaluation was also published in a healthcare leadership journal. Evaluated the efficacy of a novel youth concurrent disorders program, which is only one of three units of its kind within Canada. This report aided in cementing the financial support from the health authority to ensure it remained operational.   The Carlile Youth Concurrent Disorders Centre is a 10 bed unit providing short term and intensive treatment to youth aged 13-18 whom have substance use disorders as well as mental health concerns. Job duties included restructuring as well as managing the therapeutic programming for youth that was delivered by nine separate community partners. Additional duties included crisis intervention, delivering experiential therapy modules, and working in conjunction with RNs, social workers, OTs, concurrent counsellors, psychiatrists and pediatricians.
