As a Master of Human Resources student at the University of Sydney, Lucinda has been incredibly supportive, kind, and helpful as my careers advisor. I sought her advice as I am changing the direction of my career and needed some guidance to clarify potential avenues forward leveraging my current professional experiences and my academic interests. Following through with her recommendations and taking the initiative necessary to make headway we checked in a number of times reflecting on my progress and the next steps. She provided broad advice on the 'big picture' and also more practical steps to take to get there. She has been incredibly generous with her time and went above and beyond her role requirements numerous times. Thanks to her support within the first semester of my degree, I have now landed my current dream job. I hope to stay in touch in the future and would love the opportunity to work with her again. I could not recommend her more highly for any aspiring students.

I have the pleasure of working with Luci on the University of Sydney Job Smart app. From the beginning, Luci had a great sense of purpose with the app that allowed us to rapidly build an engaging and well received hybrid mobile app for over 1800 students. Luci is also very fun to work with, helping us to maintain motivation and momentum despite tight deliverables deadlines. Not only was the first iteration of Job Smart a great success, we did it all over again for another semester with high engagement from students!

Lucy is a wonderful client and it was a pleasure working with her on the very successful USYD Job Smart app. Lucy’s innovative thinking coupled with her extensive knowledge and strong experience about the international student experience, student challenges and student needs a key success factor for the implementation of her great ideas to prove unique experiences to her students. It is clear that Lucy has a strategic mindset and works hard and efficiently towards challenging goals - skills that were invaluable in the quick turn around of the Job Smart development project. As a client, Lucy is great to work with. She emphasises on a trustful relationship, which enabled us to collaborate straightforward and open at all times. Her positive attitude made it fun to work on a challenging, but very rewarding project. I can recommend Lucy to everyone who wants to improve student lives with great experiences in innovative ways and look forward to working with her in the future!

Worked with students from across every faculty and degree program at the University. I worked in an all encompassing Career Development capacity - giving 1:1 career advice and guidance to students, writing and delivering workshops and developing resources for the web and student handouts. I also represented the Careers Centre to the broad range of faculties and consulted with them to customise events and services for their purposes. I also represented the Careers Centre to our external industry partners and to senior executive committees at the university, working to negotiate everyone's need into a positive service delivery to the students.
