  I entered the Department of Social Services through the graduate program and worked within the Reform Information and Sector Engagement team, in the Aged Care Policy and Reform Group.My role encompassds a range of communications duties including providing summaries on breaking issues in aged care featured in the daily media, drafting and editing documents for internal and public communications, external stakeholder presentations (e.g. 2014 National Aged Care Reforms road show), and overseeing the web content for the department.I was involved with the coordination and management of the Aged Care content migration from health.gov.au to dss.gov.au. This involved creating the over-arching architecture of the content, liaising with internal stakeholders, and ensuring all quality assurance procedures were adhered to. Additionally, my work in content migration provided experience in the development of change management strategies.
