  I was part of a team working with Indian nurses in an adult hospital. The hospital was opening a pediatric unit and we were asked to provide pediatric nursing education to the nurses on the wards and ICU. This project ran over 18 months with several visits to the hospital in Lucknow India with very favorable evaluation and outcomes
