Gerald Delport
It is always difficult to work with senior people(bosses) in a company that you have never worked with before, but I must honestly say that I never had that inferior feeling working with Lucilla especially knowing that she was the director of the production that I worked on. She had the ability to bring out the best in all the crew and I sometimes wondered if she ever considered herself. From the start she made me feel welcome amongst them and I always looked foreword to hear her joyful laugh. I felt as if I had to pay to work with them, I've worked with quite a few directors but is yet to come across someone with her style and grace. Thanks for the opportunity Lucilla, you left a lasting mark and I will do anything to be able to work as a part of your team again.
