  In the context of a consultancy mission for Aedifica, I am managing a team of 6 student consultants with various backgrounds. Aedifica being a fast growing company, the company which joined the BEL-20 in March 2020 is confronted with an increasing amount of documents related to their real estates to process. Our mission is to help them in the implementation of a Document Management System (DMS) by making an inventory of all their business processes, by proposing optimizations, and by providing them with visualizations of the different document flows.   As part of a consultancy mission ordered by Proximus and coached by Roland Berger consultants, I was in charge with 6 other students of assessing the customer perception of the Proximus optical fiber experience, identifying the positioning of rival telecommunications companies regarding the optical fiber technology and providing recommendations to Proximus to ensure that the value proposition of the fiber and its premiumness are well perceived by Proximus customers.
