Lucie did excellent work for Zappi in helping us get closer to user experience with our automated research platform and tools. For a period of about a year she was our go-to authority on UX Research, even helping us to build a team and process internally which is her lasting legacy several years later. As well as having a really strong research background, Lucie was able to quickly understand and pull towards the vision of an automated platform - not an easy thing to pull off in a much more technical environment than us researchers are used to. She quickly became a respected figure across the business and was a real asset throughout her time with us. Thank you, Lucie!

Lucie was brought on to lead a research project for a key client. Lucie was extremely efficient, super knowledgeable about research methodologies and execution and was excellent at pulling valuable insights and recommendations. I could not recommend Lucie more highly, she is an absolute star, a delight to work with, and would be an asset to any project she is involved in.

Lucie is an astute researcher, very dedicated and incredibly switched-on. Having worked with her on a number of research projects for Spring as a qualitative consultant I’ve also been impressed by how she immerses herself in the analysis and insight generation process. She is also great fun to work with! My experience working with Lucie has been nothing but positive.

YouthNet is a youth charity that runs two websites – thesite.org and do-it.org.uk. Thesite is an information and advice site for young people on subjects ranging from money management to sex and drugs. In my time there it was receiving 500,000 hits a month. Do-it.org.uk is the UK’s online volunteering database, which allows people to find volunteering opportunities in their local area. As their first research manager, it was my role to: • Decide on research topics for thesite and do-it.org.uk that could result in interesting PR stories or more funding • Design, program and run these surveys on our websites • Write reports that made interesting reading for 18-24 year olds • Learn more about our databases through procuring the Acorn system Show less
