My main mission is to create a culture where all 90 Yungo employees feel happy and valued. I cover the full cycle from recruitment, to employee onboarding to the exit process. Next to that, I am responsible for developing new strategies and setting up new processes that are aligned with our business goals. I am part of the leadership body where I get an insight into all other business departments and I cooperate with Operations, Financials, Innovations, and Commercials on daily basis. My other tasks are overseeing daily HR administration, employee development, internal communication, event planning, and others.
