Je mi potešením podeliť sa s vami svoje dojmy zo štúdia Lucia Tureckova Nohavickova na našej UX Design akadémii. Lucia sa v priebehu tohto kurzu ukázala ako zanietený a ambiciózny jednotlivec so silným záujmom o UX dizajn. Jej prístup k štúdiu bol mimoriadne vážny a disciplinovaný. Vždy prejavovala ochotu naučiť sa nové koncepty a techniky UX dizajnu a aktívne sa zapájala do všetkých úloh a projektov. Jej schopnosť analyzovať problémy a hľadať inovatívne riešenia sa ukázala ako jej veľká silná stránka. Lucia vynikala nielen individuálne, ale aj v tímovej práci. Jej schopnosť komunikovať a spolupracovať so študentami bola vynikajúca. Bola aktívnym členom tímu, ktorý vedel svoje nápady a návrhy vhodne prezentovať a zároveň boal otvorený prijímať konštruktívnu kritiku od ostatných členov. Jej portfólio prác, ktoré vytvorila počas kurzu, jasne ukazuje jej technické zručnosti a kreativitu v oblasti UX dizajnu. Jej projekty boli premyslené, dobre zdokumentované a esteticky príjemné. Lucia is a hardworking and goal-oriented professional in the field of retail banking product management. She holds a unique combination of deep analytical and data-crunching skills, together with customer empathy and segment insight. She was material to the project of mBank CZSK Price list change that resulted in significant decrease in size of the document while greatly improving its transparency and customer experience. At the same time she was an enthusiastic designer of customer acquisition and activation campaigns for both the CZ and SK markets, playing vital role in campaign design, execution and evaluation.
