Despite his natural marketing soul, he showed as well excellent sales skills when he was in charge as Renault Area Director North Italy. I was a young Area Manager Sales and I can clearly remember how Luciano led the team during such tough years. Market environment was awful and dealer network profitability negative. Despite all headwinds he succeeded in all target achievements and planned dealer network restructuring. He coached us leading by example, and I can openly say he contributed so much in my professional growth. Hope to meet him again in may professional path.
