• Responsible for the financial administration of the group (17 companies), encompassing vendor payments (US$ 1,6 billion/year), capital assets (US$ 300 million), reimbursement of the corporate card (1,500 users) and control of capital projects. • Implemented (in less than six months) the new corporate card reimbursement process. • Led a multidisciplinary team that planed and absorbed the Credicard operation after the split of the society between Citi and Itaú. The project included the purchase function with 600 new suppliers, US$ 600 million/year in payments, capital assets, accounting and general administration of 1,600 contracts. • Implemented the ERP and the policies associated with it (procurement, contract administration and vendors) in only nine months; • Structured consultative sales channel for e-business, setting strategy, target market and value proposition in synergy with other financial services (Cash Management). • Planned and negotiated the implementation of a digital automotive spare parts marketplace in partnership with important companies in the automotive sector.
