  Initially working as a full stack developer of the company's digital channels built in PHP with Laravel + OctoberCMS and pure HTML/CSS/Javascript. After that I joined Sales Squad where I started developing and supporting the sales tool within the agile Scrum methodology. After that, I led a team of developers to prepare and build reports with tool indicators according to the business needs for purposes of monitoring performance and errors in the application for proactive action. Having this added knowledge, I started to technically lead the application's SRE team, monitoring the tool, guiding the developers, removing impediments (technical or not), managing the developers' performance, giving feedback as needed and generating application reports for the management and board. After that, with the merger of the SRE and Evolution teams, I started to technically lead the complete team, supplying the need for both Web and Mobile teams in technical leadership and acting within SAFe as Tech Lead, uniting previous responsibilities with the SCRUM work rhythm. Having active participation in the rites and in the entire sprint progress, in addition to generating Squad reports for each sprint and generating views of the team's progress and each member as a whole.
