  During his fellowship with Educational Pioneers, Dr. Cid created the blue prints for a search engine that would easily identify and label numerous classroom recordings that the Cotsen Foundation for the Art of Teaching possessed. These videos, when properly identified and organized would assist the foundation in its commitment of enhancing the pedagogical skills of experience and successful K-12 educators.
