  Position : Development Manager Tech. Dept. The main purpose is the drastic reduction of Time-To-Market, with particular attention to the planning optimization, in order to increase R&D productivity, through a holistic approach, that will be centered to the product, and it will be based on the assistance of informative technologies. I focused my attention to the development process’ efficiency and effectiveness. In this research phase, I implemented an integrated management, that is also cooperative and collaborative, of the product’s knowledge.
