I have worked with Luciana at the Transport Exchange group. During the time I worked with Luciana, I reported directly to her. I have learned a vast amount of useful marketing tactics from her, she always delivered high and proactive performance in many marketing aspects, not only that Luciana thoroughly trained me and mentored me for future possibilities. Luciana was able to explain anything and she was patience enough to make sure I understood everything. I was able to approach her with any questions/queries and she made sure that I understood it from A to Z. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I got the opportunity to work with Lu during my internship last summer, as she was transitioning into the head of marketing role. Her contagious positivity and optimism made the company a great place to be, and had helped her form a brilliant team with a strong dynamic. Her management and organisational proficiences were what I'd expect from somebody with plenty of experience in her role, as opposed to being new to it - everybody always knew what direction they were headed in, and there was a consistent and strong sense of progress. These qualities, as well as her skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM softwares such as HubSpot, made her a great teacher, and I learnt a lot from her in such a short space of time.
