Cozinha do Rio Clyde is a small instagram vlog created by me in May 2020. While in the pandemic, I decided to create a vlog where I could teach simple and tasty recipes. I give tips on cooking, kitchen products and a little taste of life in Scotland. I tell a little about Scottish culture and encourage people to seek physical and mental balance through cooking. Among the activities performed along with cooking are, content creation, recipe creation, filming and photographing. This was also a way to keep practicing my abilities and developing my knowledge in the kitchen.

Sweet Mix is a small company created in 2019 along with my former partner(Luiza Maia). The company was created with the purpose to create a unique cheesecake, focused on high quality at an affordable price. My responsibility within the company varied from sales to creating the cheesecake recipe and toppings. We were able to innovate on our unique recipe, making it tasty, easy to produce, high quality and with outstanding presentation. Photos are available on the company’s (https://instagram.com/sweetmix.patisserie?igshid=14jef336tac5k).The company works with a B2C model, which focuses on sales through social media. And with a B2B model, which focuses on selling beautifully decorated cheesecake slices along with Brazilian desserts to small cafes and restaurants.

Gourmet Terapia is a project designed to use culinary to teach multiple disabled people (with more than one associated disability) to be more autonomous, confident, productive and capable through confectionery, stimulating creativity, production, refining meanings, calming and uniting people. The project started as a small educational venture from two psychology students (Luciana Alvariza and Gabriela Simor Alves) from Anhanguera University in Rio Grande. In partnership with the Escola de Educação Especial José Álvares de Azevedo, we developed a program for the school students. The program soon became very successful, being even invited to be interviewed by local Globo, a major Brazilian broadcaster. The project later turned into a University Extension project and is active until today.Among my activities were, create the program along with my partner, to find a suitable place to deliver the program, to teach cooking classes twice a week, create the recipes to be worked with students, carry on daily life activities with student groups (go at the supermarket, choose the best foods, pay, organise purchases in the closets and the fridge) organise performances at social events, product sales along with students and raising money for the project(with sales and sponsorships).
